Canada’s National Junior Team Selection Camp: Ty Smith

New Jersey Devils prospect and Spokane Chiefs co-captain Ty Smith is one of seven Western Hockey League players named to Canada’ National Junior Team Selection Camp.

Smith presently leads all WHL defencemen in scoring with 36 points (3G-33A). He also ranks third among all WHL players with 33 assists. The first overall selection from the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft, Smith has 143 points (22G-121A) in 161 WHL regular season games.
