2019 Western Hockey League Playoffs Three Stars: Saturday, April 28, 2019

1. Aliaksei Protas, Prince Albert Raiders: The 2019 NHL Draft prospect and Raider forward recorded his second hat trick of the 2019 WHL Playoffs, helping the Raiders eliminate the Oil Kings in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Championship. With his hat tricks coming in back-to-back games, Protas scored the first, second, and fourth goals of the game for Prince Albert.

The product of Vitebsk, Belarus has 15 points (11G-4A) in 16 games during the 2019 WHL Playoffs.

2. Trey Fix-Wolansky, Edmonton Oil Kings: The Columbus Blue Jackets prospect and Oil Kings captain scored both of Edmonton’s goals in Sunday’s 4-2 loss against the Raiders. Fix-Wolansky scored once in the first and again in the second, helping keep the Oil Kings in the game.

The Edmonton, Alta. product recorded 14 points (6G-8A) in the 2019 WHL Playoffs.

3. Ian Scott, Prince Albert Raiders: The Toronto Maple Leafs prospect stopped 32 of 34 shots from the Oil Kings to help the Raiders clinch the Eastern Conference Championship Sunday. Scott stopped 10 shots in the first, eight in the second, and 14 in the third.

The Calgary, Alta. product has appeared in 16 games during the 2019 WHL Playoffs, sporting a 12-4 record with one overtime loss, 1.84 goals-against average, .930 save percentage, and three shutouts.
