WHL to officially launch 2017-18 season Thursday in Regina


Calgary, Alta. –  The Western Hockey League will officially launch its 2017-18 season Thursday, September 21 with a media conference at the new offices of the Regina Pats.

WHL Commissioner Ron Robison will officially open the WHL’s 2017-18 season by releasing details on special events to be hosted by the WHL this season and outlining a series of new league-wide initiatives designed to enhance both the player and fan experience. Commissioner Robison along with representatives of the Regina Pats and Moose Jaw Warriors will also preview the upcoming 2017-18 season.
