Spokane Chiefs

Episode 12 of the WHL Radio Show with Jon Keen takes a look at the seven WHL players named to Canada’s World Junior Selection Camp in Victoria December 12-14.  Hear from Lethbridge Hurricanes defenceman Calen Addison (Pittsburgh Penguins) as he looks to crack the squad and represent his country on home soil in Vancouver & Victoria beginning Boxing Day.

Finally, Former WHL’er Riley Sheen has been named the WHL Graduate of the Month for November.  The member of the University of Calgary Dinos is tied for the Canada West scoring lead with 20 points (12G-8A) in 16 games.  The veteran of 253 WHL games over five seasons is taking advantage of the WHL Scholarship Program. He was also just named to the U-SPORTS all-star team that will provide the opposition for Canada’s World Junior hopefuls in Victoria. He’ll round out the show.
