WHL on Shaw, Access7 to broadcast Eastern Conference Championship series

 

Calgary, Alta. – The WHL announced today that the WHL on Shaw and Access7 will continue coverage of the 2017 WHL Playoffs with the Eastern Conference Championship series featuring the Regina Pats and Lethbridge Hurricanes.

Led by Anaheim Ducks prospect Sam Steel, the Regina Pats advanced to the Eastern Conference Championship series following a seven-game victory over the Swift Current Broncos. Meanwhile, captain Tyler Wong’s Game 7 overtime heroics propelled the Lethbridge Hurricanes past the Medicine Hat Tigers and into the Eastern Conference Championship.

All games will be televised on the full Shaw TV Network, Shaw HD 304, Blue Sky 604, Shaw Direct 120/620 and Access 7 and 70 in Saskatchewan.
