RED DEER, AB – Jesse Wallin, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today they have signed forward Adam Musil to a Western Hockey League contract.  Musil was the Rebels’ first round selection, 6^th overall, in the 2012 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft and participated in the team’s prospect camp this past weekend in Penhold. 

Musil had 98 points (58-40-98) in 60 games with the Burnaby Winter Club in 2011-12 and is the son of former National Hockey League defenceman Frank Musil. He is not eligible to play for the Rebels full time until the 2013-14 WHL season.
